Initial Comprehensive Exam

If you are new to the clinic or have not been seen in over one year, this is where we will begin.

During your initial exam, we will go over your health history and create a customized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. (Please note: Acupuncture will not be administered during this exam.)

Rate of Response Test

Some patients may require a rate of response test.

If you are being seen in the clinic for pain management, a rate of response test will be completed before creating your customized care plan. During the rate of response test, we will test how your body responds to acupuncture.

Acupuncture Care Plan

Based on your initial exam and rate of response test, we will be following your customized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. We will discuss any changes that have occurred between sessions, treatment will then be administered, and herbal medicine may be prescribed.
